The
Biotechnology workshops will introduce and explain what
biotechnology is as a scientific discipline, how the
research in the area is conducted and how this
technology may realistically impact the research of
participating faculty. These workshops will be announced
widely in the
College
of Sciences
and will be open to all faculty members.
The
workshops which are aimed to help in the development of
skills to promote teaching and research will be offered
in: Bioinformatics, Biotechnology and Responsible
Conduct in Research. All faculty members from the
Biology and Chemistry Departments will be invited to
participate in the capacity building workshops.
